Meet your community host

Patrick Kozakiewicz is an entrepreneur, coach and advisory, teaching and learning mindfulness with tens of thousands of individuals around the world.

At Conlea Patrick is working to increase the well being, mental agility and awareness of IT Managers, Leaders and entrepreneurs locally and globally.

Patrick also has two roles at IBM. First as the Program Lead in Corporate Citizen for Mindfulness@P-TECH. There he increases the awareness of mindfulness to hundreds of thousands of students, educators and communities across the globe. Second, he is an Agile Thought Leader for IBM in their Services division supporting hundreds of clients in their journey to migrate and modernize into the cloud.

Patrick has also been growing the Mindfulness@IBM Community, connecting Practice Leaders, providing education and promoting a more mindful IBM.

Patrick co-founded uloo.me, a free app that brings together mindfulness, personal growth, teams and mentors/coaches.

He is living his passions as an agile professional, speaker and mindfulness teacher.

Everyday content and resources will be shared by the host. There will be live practice sessions weekly and access to guest speakers throughout the month. In addition, the members of the community will also contribute by adding and sharing their own mindful learnings. Diversity and Inclusion :)

  • Access to 1 Hour Live Practice Sessions a week with Instructor. The cost of one session ranges around $60 to $80 per hour.
